Free shipping	We offer free shipping on orders over $100.
Standard postage	$10.99 AUD including GST. This includes handling, packaging and tracking. Expected delivery time: 2-7 working days
Express postage	$15.99 AUD including GST. This includes handling, packaging and tracking. Expected delivery time: 1-2 working days

Handling

We aim to post our products within 24 hours of payment being received (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Postage Time

Postage times vary depending on where you are ordering from. Standard delivery within Australia is usually from 2 to 7 working days. Express delivery within Australia is 1 to 2 days. 

Packaging

Your items will be shipped in a suitably sized parcel/box. We aim to secure these items as best as possible for their trip to you, however, we cannot guarantee that it will arrive the same as it was packaged.

Australia Post

We use Australia Regular Parcel Post, or Australia Express Parcel Post which both include tracking. Australia Post comes with upt to $100 compensation for loss or damage. If your item arrives damaged you will be required to take the contents and packaging to your local Post Office for a possible compensation. If you believe your order has been lost please contact us so we can lodge a lost item claim through Australia Post.
